Catering Department

Mandate: To provide quality catering services, nutrition support, and food logistics for all foundation activities and humanitarian programs.


Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and supervise food and refreshments for foundation programs, events, outreach activities, and official gatherings.

• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in all catering operations.

• Collaborate with the Welfare and Agriculture Departments to support feeding programs, donations, and community nutrition projects.

• Develop menus and dietary plans that consider age, health conditions, and cultural relevance where necessary.

• Manage catering equipment, consumables, stock, and budget with accountability and cost-effectiveness.

• Train volunteers and catering assistants on hygiene, food handling, and kitchen management.

• Maintain records of food usage, expenses, and inventory, and present periodic reports to leadership.

• Coordinate catering logistics for large events, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of meals.
