Mandate: To promote musical development, talent growth, and artistic excellence within the foundation and the community.
Responsibilities:
⢠Organize and train music groups such as choir, bands, and instrumental teams for foundation programs and events.
⢠Identify, mentor, and develop musical talents, especially among the youth and children.
⢠Plan music-related workshops, rehearsals, and capacity-building sessions.
⢠Collaborate with the Arts & Culture Department for performances, festivals, and creative projects.
⢠Produce foundation anthems, theme songs, and soundtracks for official programs when required.
⢠Preserve musical standards, discipline, and uniformity in all performances.
⢠Support the Media Department with musical content for documentaries, campaigns, and social outreach.
